CHAPTER 10: EVALUATION

After 'A Unified Theory of a Law' is employed to visualize the three permutations available to a lawmaker with regard to any single flow of conduct, the real debate begins. What are a law's merits and demerits?  Why prefer one law over another? Why is a law good? Why is a law bad? What will a law accomplish? What won't it accomplish? 'A Unified Theory of a Law' makes the issue clear. Only our hearts and souls can provide the answers to the hard questions.
